Norfolk Academies Pay Scale (T1 £23,485 to T9 £39,407) plus TLR approx £7900

Wayland Academy is a successful 11-16 Academy located in the pleasant town of Watton.

The post provides an excellent opportunity to work in a dedicated faculty and the role will have the opportunity to line manage smaller subjects within the faculty, such as drama.

This exciting role will be pivotal in delivering our English curriculum, both in terms of ensuring students are taught English for deep understanding, and in enabling every student to leave school with an English qualification that opens doors for them. You will play an integral role in curriculum development going forward and use your own outstanding pedagogy to contribute to our excellent results, ensuring students have every possible chance of success in life.

A suitable candidate would be supported and enrolled on a NPQSL qualification as part of this role
